PRODUCT SUMMARY:
PU Self-Levelling Coat is a high-performance, two- or three-component polyurethane flooring system designed to create a seamless, smooth, and hygienic surface with exceptional flexibility, chemical resistance, and UV stability. Formulated as a self-levelling PU system, it forms an elastic, self-smoothing, and durable layer that offers excellent resistance to abrasion, impact, moisture, and temperature variations. Unlike conventional epoxy flooring, PU self-levelling coatings provide superior crack-bridging ability, enhanced UV resistance, and long-term colour stability, making them ideal for environments exposed to thermal shock, vibration, and frequent wash-downs. The system consists of two layers—one scratch coat and one PU top coat, achieving a total thickness of 2 mm, 3 mm, or 4 mm, and delivers a long-lasting, easy-to-clean finish suitable for industrial, commercial, and hygienic flooring applications. PU flooring installation is professionally carried out by Floormate, and the system is supported by an 8-year warranty, making it a reliable and durable flooring solution suitable for use in Sri Lanka.
