PRODUCT SUMMARY:

BPL Seal Waterproofing sold in Sri Lanka by Brightway paints lanka is an acrylic plastic polymer-based cementitious waterproofing system. Ideal for construction projects, it provides excellent protection against water infiltration. Perfect for roofs, basements, and walls, it ensures a durable, water-tight seal. Easy to apply, it offers long-lasting, reliable waterproofing for various surfaces.

• All undulating or uneven areas must be patched to level before applying the BPL SEAL WATERPROOFING to prevent the material from building up too thick in one application. 
• Put BPL SEAL WATERPROOFING Liquid into a clean mixing container.
• Add the BPL SEAL WATERPROOFING Powder (A-1:B-2 by volume) gradually while mixing until a lump free elastic consistency is achieved. ADDITION OF WATER IS NOT ALLOWED. It is recommended that mechanical mixing (400-500 rpm) should be used for 2-3 minutes to ensure proper dispersion of the components.
• Apply the mixed material onto the prepared surface using a brush or squeegee in a stifling action.
• Leave approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the thickness, for the 1st coat to be dry and tacky. Time will depend on substrate porosity and the temperature. 
• Apply the 2nd coat depending on site conditions and required film thickness. 
• It is recommended for BPL SEAL WATERPROOFING coating to be protected by BRIGHTWAY PAINTS LANKA paints.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• All tools must be cleaned with water after use. Once it cures it can only be removed by mechanical methods
• Both components are non-toxic by themselves, but powder component is an abrasive compound. Avoid eye and skin contact for both components.
• Protective rubber gloves and safety goggles must be used to mix and apply them.
• In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with clean water but do not rub.
• In case of skin contact, wash affected areas with water and soap.
• If irritation persists, seek medical assistance.
