Our range of organic waste disposal machines includes the compact ‘Foodcycler,’ designed for domestic use. This tabletop unit can efficiently process 2 kilograms of waste per cycle within just six hours, consuming only one unit of electricity. It’s equipped with built-in activated carbon filters that effectively eliminate any odors generated during the processing, and these filters are replaceable. Using this equipment is straightforward – just fill the provided bucket with waste, place it in the machine, close the lid, and press start. In a mere 6 hours, you’ll have ready-to-use compost. For commercial applications, our units operate in a similar manner, with a processing time of 18 to 24 hours. Our range of machines accommodates various daily waste volumes, starting from 10 kilograms and scaling up to many tons per day. The larger units can be equipped with bin lifters and grinders to simplify the loading process and reduce large waste particles. Additionally, they automatically discharge the finished compost product, resulting in an 80-90 percent reduction in weight at the end of each cycle. With the introduction of the quick composter, our aim is to promote the practice of returning valuable nutrients to the environment. The mineral-rich content of the converted food waste enriches the soil when used as a natural fertilizer.
