Terraco Weathercoat GP Waterproofing sold in Sri Lanka by Finex Engineering is an economical, permanent solution for roofs and facades. Ideal for diverse surfaces like concrete, bitumen, and tiles, it ensures long-life flexibility even in extreme climates. Applied by brush or spray, it allows walking after drying. Resistant to chemical attack, pollution, UV light, and fire. Weathercoat is a two-component system (powder and resin) with customizable flexibility ratios for various purposes.

- For waterproofing most building surfaces e.g. roofs, facades, foundations, retaining walls, swimming pools, flower troughs, wet room floors, water tanks, etc.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Surface Preparation- Ensure all dirt and foreign matter is cleaned off the areas to be coated.
- Remove any ridges or form oil.
- Dusty or flaking surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly, then primed with Penetrating Primer.
