Terms of Sale

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Quotation Validity period: 7 Days. 
  2. Quotation Terms: Quotation is only for the supply of products and not inclusive of any installation
  3. Payment Term: 30% as an advance and balance on collection of goods. 
  4. Payment Mode: Cash or cheque. All cheques are to be drawn in favour of "TERRA WALKERS"and crossed a/c payee only.  
  5. Delivery: Delivery will be within 3 working days from the date of receipt of confirmed purchase order. Partial delivery is allowed. 
  6. Bank details: Sampath Bank Kirualpone. Account Name - Terra Walkers. Account No - 0117100014077.
  7. Warranty: Upto 2 years depending on the product. In the event of a faulty product, it will be repaired or replaced according to the nature of the fault.
  8. Warranty Exclusion: The company will not be liable for claims against product failures/non-performance caused due to natural disasters (lightning, floods, etc) high voltage, installation and handling

Return Policy

  1. Products may be returned within 4 days of receipt with prior authorization of Terra Walkers.
  2. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  3. No returns are accepted after 4 days of original delivery date of order.
  4. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required to return all products. Please request RAN from Terra Walkers.
  5. Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping back return products with their preferred carriers.
  6. Terra Walkers is not responsible for any damaged or lost items while in transit to our facilities.
  7. Shipping charges paid during the time of order processingare non-refundable.
  8. All returns must include original packaging. Missing parts and/or manuals will result in partial refund.
  9. Final credit from return will be determined after the returned product is inspected.
  10. Custom made and special order items cannot be cancelled or returned.
  11. Discontinued items and sale items cannot be returned.
