ICC DURRA panel is a Dry wall partitioning solution, manufactured from densely compressed straw using a dry extrusion process with extreme heat and pressure, creating a solid panel. It is made to a variety of surface finishes to suit a range of building requirements. The manufacturing is done under licensed by the world renowned Australian Agri- fiber panel manufacturer Ortech industries. The Manufacturing facility is situated in Minneriya, Sri Lanka with a production capacity of 7000 boards per month which is able to provide a significant impact in bringing down the country’s overall carbon foot print.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• DURRA is a dry wall panel and should be installed dry areas only, it is not recommended to be installed at wet locations/ inundated locations, Continues exposure to moisture will destroy the board.

• Sizes are in mm and +/- 5mm in size is expected in thickness and length and breath.

• DURRA should be installed in areas treated for termites or standard termite treatments should applied if the areas is a termite concentrated area.

• DURRA could be painted with any type of water base and solvent based paints, single coat of primer will give high quality finish.

• Store under cover on a flat surface.

• DURRA panel could be cut using an electric saw, the cut surface has to be properly covered using reinforce aluminium tape or similar.

• DURRA Board can be lifted by holding the two edges by two individuals.
