According to the ITI Test reports of Sri Lanka, Burning flame at 800 C - 1000 C indicates a 75 c ,at corresponding side making the door approachable and touchable even after 180 Minutes of burning.

DURRA Fire Door sash.
The Door sash is designed with DURRA core which is fire rated 120 integrity and 120 insulation fitted on Tulang Class I hard wood timber regal with density up to 650kg/m² and a thickness of 58 mm to provide the above 120 Min of Insulation and Integrity against a potential fire threat. The thickness of the door prevents Door deforming towards fire during a burn up, and protects/sustains through Air pressure build ups during a fire. It provides ample mass for poor charring and carbonizing which prolongs the fire spread.

DURRA Smoke and Fume seals 20 x 2 (mm) Single line.
DURRA fire Door sash is fitted with a 20 x 2 (mm) Single line Intumescent Smoke and Fume seal to provide longer integrity of 120 Min, and also to prevent the dangers of Hazard’s Smoke and hot air which occurs long before the fire and which results in a fire spread and poses a threat to life.
Fire and smoke protection fit into a groove on the leaf edge is preferred due to lower resistance it encounters on closing, thus avoiding sticking door leaves on site.

DURRA Timber Door Frame
The risk of premature failure of fire doors due to the distortion of their timber frames can be ignored if the frame has been formed from straight- grained material like tulang hard wood Class I with high density of 650kg/m² and is adequately fixed to the surrounding structure. The rate of charring of timber frames is of much greater significance. Charring rate is generally closely linked to timber density. 1. 75% advance to be paid at the confirmation of the order and balance to be paid with interim payments
   02. Electricity is required to be supplied by client during installation for small tools such as cross cut saws,
   drills, grinders, welding plant etc. (free of charge)
   03. A lockable store room to be provided to keep our valuable tools
   04. Permission to be granted to keep our work crew at the site during the doors installation period.
   05. If above quoted doors are expose to out sides it is necessary to provide extra lamination & it will be charged
   separately.
   06. Timber architraves are not incluted.
   07. Warranty period - 1 year ( Against manufacturing defects - T & C applied)
