Terms of Sale

VAT Invoice will be issued only at the point of sale 

Quotation Validity period: 07 Days

VAT Registration No:  103226104 - 7000

Payment Term:  10%-20%  as an advance and balance on collection of goods

Delivery: We provide free delivery within Colombo city limits and nearby areas. For deliveries to locations beyond Colombo, a small delivery charge will be applied based on distance and logistics. Customers will be informed of any applicable delivery charges at the time of order confirmation.. 

Warranty: We offer a warranty that allows customers to exchange or return any timber within 4 days after delivery. This warranty covers any defects or issues with the timber upon delivery. After this period, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 4 days of delivery. Timber must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted .After 4 days, no returns or exchanges will be entertained.
