PRODUCT SUMMARY:

Bitumen Emulsions CSS1, CRS1 and CRS2 sold in Sri Lanka by G.K.U.C International (PVT) Ltd are specifically designed to cater to the diverse needs of road construction. These emulsions are available in steel drums or bulk, making them easy to transport and store. GKUC Bitumen offers three grades of bituminous emulsions, each tailored for specific applications such as priming and tack coats, surface treatments, and seal coats. These products are suitable for use in the asphalting and maintenance of roads, highways and expressways under the purview of the Road Development Authority (RDA) of Sri Lanka.

Application

Cationic emulsion may be used at ambient temperatures with aggregates, which need not be completely dry. Emulsions are less hazardous and can be applied in a wider range of conditions. Successful performance of bitumen emulsions requires selecting the proper type and grade for the intended use.

Health and Safety

Do not heat emulsions over 85̊C. Empty containers and residues should be disposed of safely.
