GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The surfaces must be clean and free from loose particles, cement laitance, oil, grease, curing compound and any other deleterious materials.
• Structurally unsound and friable concrete must be removed and repaired. Honeycombed or spalled concrete, surface irregularities, and blowholes must be repaired with a suitable concrete repair mortar.
• Nail heads and other protrusions that are likely to damage the coating must be removed or grinded.
• Wooden or metal panels to be firmly in position.
• Not recommended to apply on smooth cement-rendered surfaces.
• The surface should be dry.
