PRODUCT SUMMARY:
Mapelastic High Flex is a two-component, highly flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane designed for protecting and waterproofing surfaces such as balconies, terraces, bathrooms, wet areas, planter boxes, and irregular or cracked concrete structures. It forms a fluid, easy-to-apply coating with excellent crack-bridging ability over 2 mm and strong resistance to water penetration. Suitable for both horizontal and vertical surfaces, it is compatible with ceramic tile adhesives and allows water vapour transmission, making it ideal for both internal and external applications where durability and flexibility are essential.. Available in Sri Lanka through Finex Engineering.
